Philippe Dutertre, born in 1962, is an alumnus of HEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris and holds a master’s degree from Paris Dauphine University. His career has been largely dedicated to institutional asset management and investment, serving at DWS/Deutsche Asset Management, AG2R LA MONDIALE, and Bfinance. Since joining AG2R LA MONDIALE in 2006, Philippe has played a key role in expanding the group's SRI franchise. He now serves as a special advisor to the group's Chief Investment Officer. Additionally, Philippe was a director of the French SIF (2014-2025), led various ESG-focused working groups, and represents AG2R LA MONDIALE on the board of two social impact funds (Soliko and France Active Investissement).

Sonia Alonso is a transformation-focused investment operations leader with over 15 years’ experience across insurance, asset management, and commercial banking. Recognised for her ability to challenge the status quo, she combines deep operational expertise with a forward-looking approach to technology and innovation. At Convex Insurance, reporting directly to the CIO and overseeing a $6bn+ portfolio, Sonia has led an end-to-end transformation of the investment operations function. A rigorous review of the existing operating model identified 20% of activities as redundant, eliminating them entirely; of the remainder, over 75% have since been automated, converting what was largely a manual function into one that is predominantly system driven. Sonia also served as founding Chair of the Innovations Committee for Finance, Actuarial and Insurance for its inaugural six months, a cross-functional body created to align automation initiatives with organisational strategy. Beyond her firm, her expertise has been recognised through an invitation to join the Airtable MVP Programme, reserved for advanced practitioners shaping the platform's ecosystem through innovative real-world application. Prior to Convex, Sonia served as Head of Investment Operations at RBC Global Asset Management (UK), a role she was promoted into within just eight months of joining. She was an early adopter of automation and analytics tools. As the first in the London office to pioneer the use of Tableau, she replaced manual Excel-based processes and gave portfolio managers access to real-time operational data. She also initiated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects in partnership with RBC’s Head Office in Canada, implementing automated cash flow management for the London-based investment desks at zero incremental technology cost. Throughout her tenure, she acted as UK lead for enterprise-wide programmes and complex client transitions, ensuring platform stability through a period of significant growth. Sonia holds dual BAs from Universidad de Burgos and UNED (Spain) and is certified by CFA UK (Impact Investment; Climate & Investing), the CFA Institute (Sustainable Investing), and CISI (Investment Operations Certificate).
